Introduction: Eating disorders (ED) are complex psychological with low rates of detection and early intervention. High morbidity mortality in eating disorders, especially anorexia nervosa (AN), is still continued. ED mostly refers to adolescent lead many significant complications, including changes endocrine system. Hormonal AN occur among sex hormones, thyroid adrenal growth as well the entire hypothalamic-pituitary axis. 
 Purpose study: The aim this study collect summarize latest views on dysregulation highlights complications associated it.
 Material method: Literature review was performed English different databases, using keywords: nervosa, menstruation, menses, irregular estrogen, bone mineral density, cortisol, hipercortisolemia, insulin, leptin, ghrelin, hormone, thyroid, tyrosine.
 Results conclusions: In our systematic we would like present most hormone how they can affect whole organism, such gonadal axis disregulation, menstrual hypoglycemia other that may cause. phenomenon disorder becoming more frequent – for reason it important put attention be aware complication to, hormonal changes.
